These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through Pâtisserie Nuage.
Pâtisserie Nuage offers weekly pre-orders of pastries and baked goods for pickup in Toronto.
Orders are normally accepted from Monday at 11:00 AM until Wednesday at 11:59 PM, Toronto time, or until available quantities sell out.
The menu changes from week to week. The products and quantities available for a particular week are those displayed on the website at the time of ordering.
All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars.
Payment is made in full at checkout through Stripe. An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
Applicable taxes, if any, will be displayed at checkout.
You may cancel an order until Wednesday at 11:59 PM (Toronto time) of the week of pickup, which is when the ordering window closes. To cancel, email us at bonjour@patisserienuage.ca. Cancelled orders are refunded to the original payment method, less the payment processing fees charged by Stripe, which are non-refundable.
Because our products are made in small batches based on pre-orders, all sales are final after Wednesday at 11:59 PM. We do not offer cancellations, changes or refunds after that time.
Please review your order carefully before completing payment.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Pickup is normally available on Saturday between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM at the location announced for that week's pickup.
The pickup location is announced each Monday at 11:00 AM, when the new menu is published.
Pâtisserie Nuage currently operates through pop-ups and markets rather than a permanent storefront, so pickup locations may change from week to week.
If you are unable to attend the Saturday pickup, please contact us as soon as possible. Where possible, we may be able to arrange an alternative pickup.
Orders that are not collected during the applicable pickup period may not be held, remade or refunded.
Our products are made in a kitchen where common allergens are handled, including wheat, gluten, eggs, milk, nuts and other allergens.
We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from a particular allergen or that cross-contact will not occur.
If you have a food allergy or other dietary restriction, please contact us before placing your order so that we can let you know whether a particular product is appropriate for you.
We bake in small quantities and products may sell out.
In the unusual event that an item becomes unavailable after you place an order because of an ingredient, production or other unforeseen issue, we will contact you.
Where appropriate, we may offer a substitute of equal value or refund the affected item.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, ingredients and other information displayed on the website are accurate.
Because our products are handmade, their appearance, size and finish may vary slightly from photographs or descriptions.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted.
We may update products, prices, availability, website content and other information from time to time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
